A Summer Walk Through Longwood Gardens

I am always in awe of the surrounding beauty Pennsylvania has to offer from its rolling hills, mountains, lakes, and caves but in addition to its natural beauty there are so many lovely places cultivated throughout the state. One of them, and arguably a new favorite for me, is Longwood Gardens. I wholeheartedly believe I could wander the expanse of Longwood for days and continuously see new perspectives or pieces I hadn’t noticed before.

When Devon and Maggie first reached out to me about their engagement session at Longwood Gardens I was so excited to document the love and connection of their relationship in a place that felt like a fairytale, which is what drew them to the gardens.

We spent a few hours wandering around the gardens together pausing where we felt most inspired and awed. There was so much to see around each turn and it felt like walking through an idealized world where nothing else existed but this space and their love.

Maggie broke in her Bella Belle shoes walking around the gardens and they were the perfect ethereal detail to match the tone of the day, as well as for their upcoming wedding.

I cannot wait to wander around Longwood Gardens again and see how it shifts with the seasons and feels different each time I return.
